Minister Abdallah Utumatwishima today met with MTN Rwanda CEO Monzer Ali and his team to explore opportunities for deeper collaboration in advancing youth empowerment and arts development in Rwanda.

The meeting focused on strengthening the partnership between the Ministry of Youth and Arts and MTN Rwanda through initiatives that create opportunities for young people, support innovation and entrepreneurship, and promote the country's growing arts and creative industries.

Both parties reaffirmed their shared commitment to working together to develop impactful programs that equip young people with the skills, opportunities, and platforms they need to contribute to Rwanda's socio-economic transformation while fostering a vibrant and inclusive creative sector.
