Minister Jean Nepo Abdallah bid a warm farewell to Julianna Lindsey, who concluded her mission as the UNICEF Rwanda Representative. Over the course of her tenure, Julianna Lindsey worked closely with the Ministry to promote initiatives aimed at empowering Rwanda's youth, enhancing education, and improving access to opportunities for young people.
