This morning, November 27,2025 Minister Jean Nepo Abdallah participated in the Mastercard Foundation’s Intergenerational Dialogue between young entrepreneurs and financial sector actors, held as part of the Young Africa Works Dialogue Series. Speaking on Rwanda’s broader vision, the Minister highlighted the country’s commitment to creating an enabling environment for job creation and innovation. 

He underscored the ongoing efforts by the government and partners to support emerging ideas and encouraged young people to use their skills and financial resources wisely. 

Minister Abdallah also called on financial institutions and practitioners to believe in young entrepreneurs by designing products that meet their needs, noting that Rwanda’s youth have consistently demonstrated their ability to contribute meaningfully to the nation’s economic transformation.
