Minister of Youth and Arts, Dr. Abdallah Utumatwishima, joined by representatives from Rwanda's Permanent Mission to the United Nations and YouthConnekt Executive Director Yann Gwet, held a virtual meeting with Dr. Felipe Paullier, United Nations Assistant Secretary-General for Youth Affairs. The discussions focused on advancing the youth agenda, strengthening collaboration through the YouthConnekt initiative, and preparations for the upcoming UN Youth Townhall scheduled to take place in Germany in December 2026.
