Today November 11,2025 Minister Jean Nepo Abdallah received H.E. Irene Vida Gala, the Ambassador of Brazil to Rwanda.
The meeting highlighted the strong partnership between Rwanda and Brazil, with both sides expressing commitment to expanding collaboration in youth empowerment, innovation, and the creative arts sector.

During the discussions, the Minister emphasized the importance of building opportunities for young people, while Ambassador Gala reaffirmed Brazil’s readiness to support joint initiatives that foster cultural exchange, skills development, and artistic growth.
