The Minister Abdallah Utumatwishima and Minister of State Sandrine Umutoni met H.E. Hanan Shahin, Ambassador of Egypt to Rwanda, to discuss strengthening bilateral cooperation. 

The meeting focused on youth empowerment, skills development, entrepreneurship, and cultural exchange, highlighting opportunities for young people. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to partnerships that support youth-led initiatives and sustainable socio-economic growth.
