The Ministry of Youth & Arts (MoYA) and CRS Rwanda have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening youth development and economic empowerment across Rwanda. The partnership will focus on promoting youth employment, entrepreneurship, arts development, access to finance, and digital skills, with particular attention to young people living in rural areas. Through this collaboration, the two institutions seek to create sustainable livelihood opportunities, enhance innovation and creativity, and contribute to building a more inclusive and prosperous society.
