Today, October 14,2025 the Minister of State in the Ministry of Youth and Arts, Sandrine Umutoni, received H.E. Mesfin Gebremariam, the Ambassador of Ethiopia to Rwanda, for a courtesy visit. Their discussions focused on exploring opportunities to deepen cultural collaboration and people-to-people exchanges between Rwanda and Ethiopia. Both sides expressed commitment to advancing mutual understanding and partnership through art, heritage, and youth-centered initiatives that celebrate the shared values of the two nations.
