Friday 22nd November Minister of State Sandrine Umutoni , held a pivotal meeting with Mr. Ali bin Hamad Al Aida, Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of the State of Qatar to Rwanda. 

The discussion centered on deepening the mutual cooperation between Rwanda and Qatar, with a focus on fostering stronger cultural and youth-driven collaborations.

Both leaders emphasized the importance of building on the existing partnership to explore new opportunities for growth and development. This meeting marks a step forward in enhancing the ties between the two nations, reflecting a shared vision for progress and innovation.
