The Minister of State in charge of Youth and Arts, Ms. Sandrine Umutoni, joined the BPN Entrepreneurs’ New Year’s Cocktail 2026, held under the theme “Architects of Possibility: Think Big, Act Bold.” The event celebrated Rwanda’s entrepreneurs and the partnerships that support the growth of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). 

In her remarks, the Minister of State commended BPN Rwanda for over 15 years of supporting SMEs and reaffirmed the Government’s commitment to enabling policies, strong partnerships, and sustainable private sector growth.

Reflecting on the theme, she encouraged entrepreneurs to move beyond survival, explore new markets, technologies, and partnerships, and act boldly through innovation, skills development, and competitiveness at regional and global levels.
