Minister of State Sandrine Umutoni welcomed Julie Crowley, Canada’s High Commissioner to Rwanda, along with the Embassy’s Counsellor and Consul, Nadine Khoury, for a courtesy call. 

The meeting provided an opportunity for both sides to discuss key issues, with a particular focus on youth empowerment and the promotion of initiatives within Rwanda’s growing creative economy. These discussions are part of ongoing efforts to strengthen bilateral ties and support the development of innovative sectors in Rwanda.
