The Permanent Secretary, , attended an event presenting the results of the Needs Assessment conducted for 245 #ArtsConnekt 2024 applicants by and Creative Visions. The assessment findings are guiding partners’ efforts to strengthen access to finance, human capital, and other resources for Rwanda’s Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs). 

In his remarks, PS commended the study and emphasized MoYA’s ongoing collaboration with multiple institutions and partners to implement solutions aimed at developing and professionalizing the sector.
