The Ministry of Youth and Arts (MoYA), in partnership with United Nations Development Programme Rwanda and European Union in Rwanda, convened the #AGUKA High-Level Dialogue under the theme “From Evidence to Scale.” 

During the event, Minister Utumatwishima Jean Nepo Abdallah expressed appreciation to all partners for their continued support, noting that the Dialogue aims to reposition and strengthen the AGUKA programme as it transitions into AGUKA 2.0. 

Minister of State Umutoni Sandrine highlighted that AGUKA serves as a strategic response to youth employment challenges, designed to strengthen the entrepreneurship ecosystem and expand opportunities for young people through skills development, access to finance, mentorship, and market linkages.
