Today, September 15, 2025  Permanent Secretary Ngabo Brave welcomed Mr. Darell Kofkin, Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Marketing at the University of Westminster, United Kingdom. Their discussion focused on potential collaboration to strengthen Rwanda’s Fashion Entrepreneurship Development Programme, with the aim of empowering local talent, promoting innovation, and positioning Rwanda as a hub for creative industries.
