The Permanent Secretary, PS Ngabo Brave, attended the celebration marking the 10th Anniversary of Talking Through Art, an initiative organized by the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Rwanda. 

The program is dedicated to empowering women with disabilities through creativity, innovation, and dignity, while promoting inclusion within Rwanda’s creative industry. 

In his remarks, PS Ngabo Brave commended the women involved for their resilience and artistic excellence, noting that their work continues to inspire and enrich Rwanda’s cultural landscape. 

He also expressed appreciation to partners and members of the diplomatic community for their continued collaboration, emphasizing that sustained partnerships are key to amplifying the impact of Rwanda’s creative industry and ensuring it remains inclusive, innovative, and globally competitive.
