Today, September 9, 2025, Permanent Secretary Ngabo Brave bid farewell to Mr. Hans Fly, the outgoing Country Representative of CRS Rwanda, as he concludes his tour of duty. PS Ngabo commended the strong and continued partnership between the Ministry of Youth and Arts (MoYA) and CRS Rwanda, highlighting their joint efforts in advancing youth empowerment and development initiatives across the country.
