The Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Youth and Arts, Ngabo Brave, engaged participants of Itorero Indangamirwa16 in a discussion on "Rwandan Culture and Values: Who We Are in the Face of Global Civilization" and "Ndi Umunyarwanda: The Essence of Rwandan Existence."

The discussion focused on the importance of preserving and promoting Rwanda’s culture and values while embracing opportunities presented by an increasingly interconnected world. It also highlighted the significance of Ndi Umunyarwanda as a foundation for national unity, shared identity, and responsible citizenship.

Addressing the participants, the Permanent Secretary encouraged them to continue serving their country wherever they are. He reminded them that being Rwandan is rooted in a shared identity, values, and responsibility that remain with them regardless of where they live or work.

The engagement forms part of Itorero Indangamirwa16, which continues to equip participants with knowledge and values that strengthen patriotism, leadership, and commitment to contributing to Rwanda’s development.
