Permanent Secretary Ngabo Brave participated in a panel at the Career Conference hosted by KORA Coaching & Business Academy in partnership with the MasterCard Foundation Scholars Program at the University of Rwanda. He delivered a powerful message on purpose, urging students to pursue education not just for financial gain, but to become solution-oriented leaders. “Before you can offer anything to the world, you must first analyze who you are,” he said, stressing self-awareness as the key to meaningful contribution. 

PS Ngabo Brave encouraged students to think beyond academics, dream big, and see themselves as future change makers: “Do you see yourself only as a student, or do you see yourself in the ministry, leading change?”
