Today, October 08,2025 Permanent Secretary Ngabo Brave welcomed a delegation of Rwandan youth residing in South Africa, who are visiting Rwanda to reconnect with their heritage, immerse themselves in local culture, and rediscover their roots. During their visit to the Ministry of Youth and Art (MoYA), the delegation was briefed on national youth policies, flagship programmes, and opportunities aimed at empowering young people. The visit reflects Rwanda’s continued commitment to engaging its diaspora youth and fostering their active participation in the nation’s development journey.
