The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Youth and Arts, Parfait Ishungure, alongside PS Clement Kabiligi, the Executive Secretary of BK Foundation, and Catholic Relief Services (CRS) Rwanda Country Manager Kumud Chandra, participated in a field visit to rural youth-led businesses organized by CRS Rwanda and Caritas Rwanda in Ngoma and Kayonza Districts.

During the visit, the delegation engaged with young entrepreneurs involved in chili cultivation and processing in Ngoma District and poultry farming in Kayonza District.

The field visit provided an opportunity to learn about youth-led agricultural enterprises and their contribution to rural economic development, while highlighting the importance of supporting young entrepreneurs through skills development, access to opportunities, and sustainable livelihoods.
