The Minister of State for Youth and Arts joined the welcome day of the 5th edition of the Rwanda Youth Tour. The event brought together 60 Rwandan youth aged 18–30 from countries including Canada, the United Kingdom, Uganda, the United States, Senegal, Italy, and Belgium. This tour offers participants an opportunity to explore Rwanda’s rich culture, development milestones, and economic opportunities, while deepening their understanding of the country’s transformational journey.
