The Minister for Youth and Arts Dr. Utumatwishima Jean Nepo Abdallah participated in the Youth Engagement Session at the 4th World Kiswahili Day. He encouraged Rwandan Youth to propose innovations promoting Kiswahili, highlighting its role in job creation through AI, voice tech & translation tools.
