The Ministry of Youth and Arts celebrated the remarkable innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit of Rwanda's young entrepreneurs during the awarding ceremony of the 2026 AGUKA Ideation Programme, marking another milestone in supporting youth-led enterprises.

The awarding ceremony followed a nationwide call for applications launched on 1 November 2025, which attracted aspiring young entrepreneurs from across the country. Participants underwent a rigorous selection process, followed by training and pitching sessions designed to strengthen their business ideas and entrepreneurial skills.

Following the successful completion of these stages, the top 100 entrepreneurs were selected and awarded USD 3,000 each to support the establishment of their businesses and transform their innovative ideas into sustainable ventures.

The AGUKA Ideation Programme continues to empower young entrepreneurs by providing them with the knowledge, skills, and financial support needed to build viable businesses, create employment opportunities, and contribute to Rwanda's socio-economic development.
