Irushanwa rizitabirwa na ba Rwiyemezamirimo b’Urubyiruko bujuje ibi bikurikira/The competition is open to young entrepreneurs who meet the following criteria:  

•  Kuba ari umunyarwanda ufite imyaka hagati ya 16 na 30 / Must be a Rwandan citizen between the ages of 16 and 30;
•     Kuba afite umushinga uri kwaguka kandi ushobora guhanga imirimo myinshi kandi ugahindura sosiyete/ Must have a growing project that has the potential to create many jobs and bring positive change to society;
•  Kuba umushinga we cyangwa we ku giti cye utarigeze uhembwa binyuze cyangwa bitanyuze mu marushanwa ayariyo yose yateguwe na Ministeri y’Urubyiruko n’ubuhanzi cyangwa abafatanyabikorwa bayo cyane cyane (Imbuto foundation na Ministeri y’ikoranabuhanga) /  The project or the entrepreneur must not have previously won any award from competitions organized by the Ministry of Youth and Arts or its partners, especially Imbuto Foundation and the Ministry of ICT;
• Kuba afite ikigo cy’ubucuruzi/koperative byanditse ku buryo bwemewe n'amategeko (ibyangombwa bitangwa na RCA cyangwa RDB), nyamara icyiciro cy’abagore n’abafite ubumuga ntabwo ari itegeko kuba bafite icyangombwa cya RCA cyangwa RDB ariko bagomba kuba bafite imyaka iri hagati ya 16 na 30./ Must have a legally registered business or cooperative (certified by RCA or RDB). However, for women and persons with disabilities, having RCA or RDB certification is not mandatory, but they must still be between the ages of 16 and 30.  

Amategeko n'amabwiriza/ Rules and Regulations  

• Gusabwa/gutanga amafaranga  cyangwa indi  imikoranire itanga icyuho ku kimenyane ntibyemewe / Offering or requesting bribes or any form of collaboration that promotes favoritism is prohibited; 
• Amakuru yose azatangwa azagirwa ibanga. Amarushanwa azakorwa mu mucyo no mu bwisanzure, aha amahirwe angana kubitabiriye bose.  All information provided will be kept confidential. The competition will be conducted transparently and fairly, offering equal opportunities to all participants.
• Amakimbirane cyangwa ibibazo byose bijyanye n'amarushanwa bizakemurwa hakoreshejwe ubwumvikane / Any disputes or issues related to the competition will be resolved through mutual agreement;
• Mu kwitabira amarushanwa, ugomba kwemeza ko (amafoto, videwo, cyangwa  andi makuru) bizafatwa mu gihe cy’amarushanwa  bishobora gukoreshwa n'abariteguye mu nyungu z'amarushanwa kandi nta ruhusha bisabiwe kandi nta kiguzi / By participating in the competition, you agree that photos, videos, or other content collected during the event may be used by the organizers for competition purposes without needing further permission or compensation.  
• Ibihembo bizatangwa mu mucyo nyuma yo gutanga ibisabwa ku bayatsinze / Prizes will be awarded transparently after the necessary documents are submitted by the winners.
