Formulating and coordinating the development of policies, strategies, programs, and projects focused on youth mobilization, social empowerment, civic engagement, and social welfare.
Leading programs that foster youth civic engagement, instilling values, and promoting social responsibility through initiatives such as volunteerism and community participation.
Developing and implementing programs designed to improve youth health, well-being, and social welfare, including addressing issues like mental health and teenage pregnancy.
Designing and implementing strategies to prevent risky behaviors among youth, including substance abuse and delinquency, while promoting ethical values.
Creating and managing programs that promote physical activity, talent development, and personal growth, ensuring young people have access to recreational and sports facilities.
Coordinating and collaborating with partners, stakeholders, and governmental entities to support youth-related projects and initiatives on both national and international levels.
Overseeing and monitoring the implementation of youth mobilization and social empowerment programs, ensuring the successful achievement of long-term, medium-term, and short-term goals.
